Turkey Cannelloni

Yum. Yum. Yum. Ground turkey, spinach, cheese. Egg roll wrappers? Interestingly, the recipe called to wrap the filling in egg roll wrappers. And it was perfect. This recipe will grace my recipe notebook (and table) for years to come.
